Sometimes, it’s not the most exciting projects that can provide the most dramatic improvements to business efficiency. SDL was called on to smarten up this storage area for a medical company, in order to help make better use of the space.

SDL refinished the floor, installing a hard wearing, slip resistant finish with upstands around columns and the perimeter, enabling easier cleaning. The large space had many structural columns within it, so these were fitted with protectors to limit damage from stock and pallets being moved within the space. Finally, suitable task lighting was installed within the space, while numerous electrical sockets on the columns make for flexibility of use.
