A leading global serviced office brand, Regus provides serviced offices for all types of businesses, from its premises located in towns and cities around the globe.

The company regularly needs new offices fitted out with with spaces including cellular offices, meeting rooms, a kitchen and reception lounge. At St George’s House in Leicester city centre, Regus took over four floors of a refurbished office building, which then required fit-out to the Regus serviced office specification. This included a third floor reception and business lounge, and a top floor layout to exploit the building’s roof terrace and commanding rooftop views.

SDL has carried out similar, fast-track interior fit-out projects for Regus business centres at Cardiff, Birmingham, Nottingham, Gloucester, Leicester, Cambridge, Sheffield and for the new Regus motorway service business centres at Clackett Lane and Leigh Delamere.
