Growing south Wales car retailer Nathaniel Cars previously asked SDL to fit out their innovative retail unit in Cardiff’s St David’s Shopping Centre.

More recently, with the MG car brand growing insignificance, and with the support of their Chinese manufacturer, Nathaniel decided to create a more significant presence in the Cardiff car retail landscape, with a new showroom in the Welsh capital.

Nathaniel took a building on the city’s Penarth Road, which has become a focal point for major brand car showrooms. The property they secured was previously a recording studio, so required something of a transformation, which SDL undertook. Works included the installation of partition and media walls, the creation of under stairs storage, installing a fire-rated ceiling under the mezzanine floor, and laying a beautiful tiled floor.
